Proposed Residential Development at Glasfryn Road, St Davids which will consist of the design and build of 70 units split into 2 lots for 2 types of tenure and will be subject to two separate contracts but with one contractor: 38 No units affordable rented housing scheme constructed to WG standards; 32 No unit market housing scheme. This development will be undertaken at the same time as a commercial development of a 63 bed Premier Inn which is being undertaken by a separate developer. There will be a requirement to interface with that development in some areas. Expressions of interest must be submitted via email to Judith.arnold@atebgroup.co.uk by 5.9.2018. Tenders will be published mid September with an anticipated contract commencement date of January 2019.
