The service is required to deliver a Community Fracture Liaison Service and Postural Stability Exercise Programmes for patients across Nottingham to provide efficient and effective support for patients who sustain fragility fractures and to encourage self-management. The Services procured through this tender process are healthcare services falling within Schedule 3 to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 ('the Regulations'). Dr's Scaffardari, Stewart and Cope have been formally awarded the tender.
