Plus Dane Housing are seeking suitably resourced, qualified and experienced cleaning providers to provide a communal cleaning and window cleaning service across Plus Dane Housing's portfolio of properties in the Merseyside and Cheshire regions. This contract is divided into 4 lots. Tenderers may bid for more than one lot. Communal cleaning services to Plus Dane's sites based within the Cheshire and Mid Cheshire regions. This area has a geographical spread which includes Warrington, Congleton, Macclesfield, Nantwich, Alsager, Leek and Sandbach. Window cleaning services to Plus Dane's sites based within the Cheshire and Mid Cheshire regions. This area has a geographical spread which includes Warrington, Congleton, Macclesfield, Nantwich, Alsager, Leek and Sandbach. Communal cleaning services to Plus Dane's sites based in the Merseyside and Halton area. Provision of a window cleaning service to Plus Dane properties in the Merseyside and Halton areas.
