Carlisle City Council require professional surveying, negotiating, and valuing services to support the site assembly for the Carlisle Citadels Project. This tender is for professional support in the initial works to take forward land assembly negotiations on a key part of the site and to advise and prepare for a compulsory purchase order (CPO) as required on the English Street frontage of the site currently occupied by various retailers so that if negotiations to acquire the leases fail a CPO can be progressed.
