Tender description

Dolwen Residential Care Centre is situated in the lower part of the historic market town of Denbigh. It is currently owned and run by Denbighshire County Council, (DCC). DCC are looking for a suitably experienced provider to sign up to a 125 year lease on the building, develop the facility in line with current registration requirements and to provide elderly mental health day and residential care services. A development agreement will form the contractual arrangements for the renovation/extension of the home. The procurement process for this project will have 3 stages with this PQQ being Stage 1. Following submission of the PQQ's we will be looking to shortlist between 1 and 3 providers to engage in a dialogue stage (stage 2) then following the dialogue stage final tenders will be invited from the shortlisted providers (stage 3).
