Tender description

Social Work England will officially take over from the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as the new social work regulator on Monday 2nd December 2019. We are looking for a provider to undertake a study into social work in England at the start of our regulation, to pro-vide a snapshot of the social work profession. We want to know who is attracted to social work, the roles that social workers fulfil, and why social workers choose to leave the profession. As an organisation we are committed to learning about social work and to gathering data and intelligence about the profession and people's experiences. We want this research to inform our work as the new specialist regulator and provide a detailed picture of social work in England.
