Tender description

Ravensbourne require ONE sole supplier to provide the following: All elements of electrical services, including: high and low voltage electrical systems; building management systems; hard wire testing; emergency lighting; lighting controls; portable appliance testing; stand by generation and UPS systems. All elements of mechanical services including: automatic doors; ductwork; access equipment; HVAC mechanical systems; lightning conductors; water treatment; door and window mechanisms. All lifts and hoists within the building including planned maintenance and as per manufacturer recommendations. Tests as required for insurance and other purposes. Building fabric planned maintenance, including: gutter clearance; gullies and drains inspection and clearance; checks of roofs; windows, doors and ironmongery; inspections of access areas and ducting; plumbing and drainage. The servicing and regular testing of all fire systems including: alarms; fire extinguishers; suppression and sprinkler systems; hose reels; smoke and heat detectors.
