Tender description

Hampshire County Council (HCC), as the contracting authority, intends to put in place a contract for the supply, service and installation of new utilities infrastructure to its development site west of Woodhouse Lane, Hedge End. The new infrastructure will service the proposed 605 homes, local retail centre and new secondary school to be built on the site. This contract will offer utilities infrastructure for electricity, natural gas, potable water and telecommunication. This may be extended to other utility/site infrastructure e.g. foul and sustainable drainage systems, should this be viable to include in the offer. The values noted below are estimated and for guidance purposes only and may be subject to change. The exact details of the contractual arrangements are to be determined. The open procedure as defined by Regulation 27 of the PCR15 will be followed.
