Provision of External Audit Services

Tender description

This Invitation to Tender (ITT) is being issued as part of the procurement for the provision of External Audit Services (referred to hereafter as the products and services) to be provided to Connected Places Catapult (CPC). We would like interested firms to tender for the following services: - Statutory audit of each of the six entities in the Group; - Preparation of statutory company Financial Statements for five companies, and one set of consolidated accounts for the Group; - Corporation tax returns for the Group; - UKRI grant audits – approximately 16 per annum - H2020 grant audits – approximately 1 per annum; and - Ad hoc advice as may be necessary from time-to-time The contract for services will be for a maximum five year period consisting of an initial term of three years and two optional extensions of 12 months each.
