The Department of Housing, Planning and Local Government invites tenders to this RFT from economic operators for the provision of professional services for strategic environmental assessment and environmental related consultancy services. The Department seeks to establish a Multi-Party Framework Agreemen to assist in the delivery of specific consultancy services as described below. - Carrying out and/or assisting in the undertaking of Strategic Environmental Assessments. - Carrying out and/or assisting in the undertaking of Appropriate Assessment. - Carrying out and/or assisting in undertaking Strategic Flood Risk Assessments.
