Tender description
See VI.3) Additional Information. EU open procedure It is intended that the conclusion of this tender will result in the formation of a framework which will allow the University to call-off for any future requirements at other sites. Th winning supplier on the tender will win the business for the the SCRM requirement and will sit as top ranked supplier on the framework. Any further requirements (currently unknown) will be awarded via mini-competition or direct award, depending on the framework structure. Please note that the tender structure is not guaranteed and is subject to change.
