Tender description
A high precision coordinate measurement machine is required at the Advanced forming research center (AFRC). The Coordinate Measurement machine is to be used to conduct precision measurement and gear classification. The machine will be housed at Lightweight manufacturing center (LMC) and used by Advanced forming research center (AFRC) staff. The University of Strathclyde seek to appoint a single supplier for supply, delivery, commissioning and calibration of a high precision coordinate measuring machine (CMM). This requirement involves any software required to support the running of the equipment, warranty, servicing, calibration, training, delivery, installation and commissioning.
