Tender description

East Midlands and East of England Genomic Laboratory Hub at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust invites tenders subject to the attached conditions of tender for the supply and maintenance of a system for automatic nucleic acid extraction, with incorporated nucleic acid quantification and normalisation functionality for the high throughput isolation of DNA and RNA from a range of sources including blood, bone marrow aspirate, fresh tissue, formalin fixed paraffin embedded (FFPE) tissue and plasma. The Trust intends to purchase the device, enter into a contract for maintenance, once the warranty period has expired and enter into a framework agreement for the supply of the associated consumables. The framework shall remain in force for a period of 4 years.
