Tender description

Sandwell and West Birmingham CCG wishes to procure Non-Obstetric Ultrasound Service (NOUS). The contract will commence on the 1.7.2020 and will be for 3 years with an option to extend for up to a further 2 years at the discretion of the CCG. The estimated spend per annum is 1 370 069 GBP. The spend figures given are estimates only based on historical activity they are not to be taken as a guarantee of activity. The contract will commence on the 1.7.2020 and will be for 3 years with an option to extend for up to a further 2 years at the discretion of the CCG. The estimated spend per annum is 1 370 069 GBP. The service is a Schedule 3 Service and is being procured under the light touch regime (LTR) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The process is a one stage process similar to an open process. Please note there is a financial threshold (based on 1 370 069 GBP per annum) — No bids over 4 110 207 GBP over 3 years (initial period) or 6 850 345 GBP over 5 years (full contract period) will be accepted — any bids exceeding 4 110 207 GBP (3-year initial period) or 6 850 345 GBP (5-year period) will be disqualified. contracts are annually adjusted in line with national guidance.
