*PLEASE NOTE - BIDDERS MUST VIEW CLARIFICATION 1 TO DOWNLOAD THE CORRECT 'PART C - FLAT ROOF REPLACEMENT PROGRAMME 2020 PRICING' AS THE CURRENT ONE ON THE DOCUMENT SET IS AN ERROR AND IS FOR THE PITCHED ROOFING TENDER* South Holland District Council are looking to appoint the services of a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to replace flat roofing as part of the cyclical programme, and undertake responsive repairs to flat and lean-to-roofs to its own housing stock and garages within the District. The successful supplier will be responsible for providing this service and liaising closely with the Contract Manager designated by the Client. The contractor should take into account the seasonal nature of the work and plan resources accordingly. Please note, we have put the 'Sub-Directive' as 'Design Execution' as the successful contractor may be required to undertake surveys and design during this contract.
