Establishment of a single party framework for Property Advisory and Property Services

Tender description

The procurement process for the award of this framework is being conducted as a Negotiated Procedure as per Directive 2014/25/EU. The framework agreement will be established on foot of a competition for an initial contract for the provision of strategic property advisory services relating to the implementation of the Limerick Docklands Framework Strategy. The initial contract will be awarded to the successful tenderer shortly after the formal establishment of the framework agreement. The Contracting Authority is seeking the services of a firm to provide strategic property advice on the implementation of the Limerick Docklands Framework Strategy in particular to devise a marketing strategy to optimise the commercial return on the non-core assets which are surplus to port operational requirements.
