Greater Manchester Combined Authority on behalf of Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service are seeking offers from suitably qualified/certified providers to deliver the End Point Assessments for our Level 3 operational firefighter apprentices. Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service are seeking an End Point Assessment Organisation (EPAO) who is registered on the ESFA List of End Point Assessment Organisations for the delivery of Level 3 Operational Firefighter End Point Assessments (EPA's). We currently have 164 operational firefighter apprentices who will require EPA's to be completed from March 2021 onwards with an additional 36 apprentices due to start in May 2020. End Point Assessments are due approximately every 3-4 months for the next 3 years from March 2021. Numbers of apprentices may fluctuate with our recruitment requirements and apprentice retention, once future recruitment plans and apprentice numbers are known GMCA will liaise with the successful provider to plan future EPA dates.
