Tender description

This tender relates to Strand 5 of the T Level Professional Development offer. The focus of this work is to provide CPD on leading and managing change for T Levels and will be aimed at middle managers and governors, across the sector. The Education and Training Foundation are seeking to appoint a tenderer(s) to deliver 3 workstreams of activity: Workstream 1: CPD for middle managers; Workstream 2: mentoring for middle managers; Workstream 3: CPD for governors and board members. The training in this strand is intended for providers delivering T Levels in 2020 and 2021 and for the wider sector. (Note, there will be an initial 2-week window for 2020/21 providers to sign up for face to face events first). It aims to achieve the following objectives: — middle managers understand what is required to lead and influence their organisations towards the change required for effective T Level delivery, — development of a set of skills to feel confident in leading change, including motivating and inspiring their teams, — development of a set of skills to be able to understand and practically lead the change on the ground. (This CPD will provide the practical training of how to go about doing this), — governors have the understanding and skills to steer the strategic change required for their organisations to plan for and deliver T Levels. Tenderers may submit responses for one, two or three workstreams. They are not obliged to bid for all workstreams together. There should be a separate Appendix B completed for each workstream.
