Summary of the work Develop & Deliver an ISR (MPE) Course with associated assurance documentation to JSP 822 standards. Specialist role Business analyst Expected Contract Length until 31st March 2020 with an option to extend for as period of up to 220 days. Latest start date Monday 4 November 2019 Maximum Day Rate £544 Per Day Who Speclialist Work With The current team is headed up by a 1* Officer. Key staff include 2 SO1 and desk lead responsible Officers. This team ins supported by a team of analysts and a Learning Development Adviser. What Specialists Work On Individual will be required to review the Training Needs Analysis documentation which was completed on 2 Mar 18 and draft the supporting documentation to include: A Formal Training Statement (FTS). b. An Assessment Strategy (AStrat) c. Assessment Specification (Aspec). d. Learning Scalar e. Learning Specifications. f. Course Design (which may result in a solution of Computer Based Training and Practitioner Course). Skills & Experience • Must have DCTS design course qualifications Or DSAT • Must have an understanding of the Intelligence World • Must have an understanding of MPE (Materiel Personnel Exploitation) • Must have experience working with Subject Matter Experts to elicit and document complex business requirements • Must have deep knowledge and experience working with Military Nice to Haves • Strong knowledge and understanding of policies and procedures within MOD / Army and the wider Defence environment is highly desirable • Working knowledge of TAFMIS desirable Work Location Army HQ, Directorate of Information, Blenheim Bldg, Andover. Travel may be required to the joint Intelligence Training Group, Chicksands and to 2 Military Intelligence battalion, Upavon where current training is delivered. Working from home or another government site is permissible, to be arranged at the time. Working Arrangments The specialist is expected to provide the services on such hours / days as required to meet any deadlines, as agreed between the specialist and the Authority. Security Clearance SC required for the duration of the role. Incumbents are to follow both the letter and spirit of Army HQ security regulations. Is this role outside of iR35 ? I can confirm the intermediaries legislation does not apply to this requirement. 2. Would you consider any resource who doesn't have SC clearance? No. This is due to the OFFICIAL classification of most of the documents they will have sight of. 3. Would you consider sponsoring the SC for the right candidate? The Authority may consider sponsoring the SC if this is not time prohibitive. 4. Is there a current incumbent? No. 5. Is there an incumbent for the role? No, there is insufficient resource to undertake this work though there are sufficient SQEP people who could if their priorities were not elsewhere committed.
