CWC19185 - Appointment of a Contractor to Lead the Procurement to Appoint an External Partner to Operate the Civic Halls

Tender description

The City of Wolverhampton Council (CWC) requires external capacity to carry out the process of procuring an external partner to operate the Civic Halls under a lease agreement. Outlined within the Specificaion document are the anticipated stages of this process and the key tasks required by CWC to undertake the operator procurement. This is based on the following key assumptions: 1. The procurement being conducted under the competitive dialogue procedure as set out in the Public Contracts Regulations (2015) 2. A single stage dialogue (possibly a two-stage process, with short-listing of bidders after the first stage, however, this would be dependent on market interest and timescales for selecting a preferred partner) 3.
