Tender description
NRW's current Civil Engineering Framework Agreement (CEFA) is due to expire in May 2020. We are currently in the process of finalising our proposals for the new ‘NRW Construction and Consultancy Services Framework 2020’. The new framework will be radically different to CEFA, where we are looking to include consultancy services as part of the framework scope to enable collaboration with civil engineering contractors. We are seeking the views of not only our current supply chain but also the wider industry. We have arranged 2 briefing days to discuss our proposals: South Event — 27.11.2019, Cardiff. Mid and North Event — 29.11.2019,Coed Y Brenin Visitor Centre.
