Tender description
The project involves the construction of a 480sq m single storey multi-purpose hall and all associated site works. The new building will be constructed using a steel frame, traditional blockwork walls, composite cladded roof and concrete & timber ground floors. The associated footpaths will be constructed using bituminous macadam laid on compacted stone. Connection will be made to the existing foul sewer located 60m away in the public road and to the storm water drainage system which is located on site.
