Tender description
Trivallis are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor to prepare and renew flooring at 21 communal blocks of flats, situated in Rhondda Cynon Taff. Contractors will also be required to renew the office carpet at 2 sheltered complexes and install Anthracite Magnum Entrance matting at one other sheltered complex. Please note that the procurement project : TRIV2019-25 – Communal Flooring Programme is subject to the leaseholder section 20 process. Further information can be found in section 2 of the ITT.
