Tender description

To provide catering services for: — onsite full catering service provision at Police Training Centre in Berkshire, — planned and unplanned Policing Events (24/7 365(6)) often at short notice and to include the full range of mobile catering equipment to support such an event (can vary in volume; length and provision), — office based buffets and localised hospitality. Locations would include: Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire, Surrey, Sussex, Wiltshire* and Kent* *(very infrequent). The purpose of this PIN is to obtain a better understanding of market capability and service solutions to cover the above service requirements. PIN without call for competition only as this stage is to alert and gauge the market and provide a conduit for potential service providers to express and interest. Supplier engagement days will be planned for circa January 2020, interested suppliers should respond via EU Supply (Bluelight) portal https://uk.eu-supply.com by 12.00 noon 20.12.2019.
