Tender description

Pobl Group wishes to appoint a supplier(s) for a review of it's payment options. The contract is to be divided into 4 lots as follows: — Lot 1: direct debit operations, — Lot 2: card debiting services, — Lot 3: telephone card debiting services, — Lot 4: managed services. The direct debit lot is to focus on the setup, instruction management and claiming of Pobl Homes and Communities direct debit income with associated report management from BACS. Card debiting is to focus on the ad-hoc and recurring payments via a debit or credit card to Pobl Group. Telephone debiting is to focus on the ad-hoc payments made to Pobl Group with debit and credit cards via the telephone. Managed Services — there are several managed services that the Group require. These are not directly linked to the individual lots but does relate to the operations of payments for the Group. Managed service provider to include (but not limited to): — direct debit migration services, — provision of market intelligence, — project management expertise for onboarding processes, — provision of conversion and retention expertise to the Group, — to grow and maintain Pobl's direct debit business, — provide compliance advice against BACS service user guidance.
