Tri-Borough Tender for the Provision of Banking Services

Tender description

Westminster City Council ("the Authority") seek expressions of interest (EOI) for their Tri-borough tender for the provision of banking services, for Westminster City Council (WCC), The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) and the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham (LBHF). The tender will be divided in to three Lots for each of the respective Boroughs. Bidders may bid for a single Lot or any combination of lLts. The successful Bidder/s will enter into sovereign contracts with each of the participating authorities. The Banking Services are due to commence on the 1st of April 2020. Full details of the service requirements will be published in the tender. It should be noted that the EOI is not a guarantee of further competition. The Authority reserves the right, at its own discretion, to withdraw from the process and pursue alternative routes to market for the provision of this service, should it decide to do so.
