Trend BMS Maintenance

Tender description

This University currently has six Trend 963 supervisors, two IQ Vision supervisors and an installation of Trend Systems Engineering Tool installed on various PCs virtual and real across all four campuses. The sites have approximately 45 IQ4 outstations, 136 IQ3 outstations, 204 IQ2 outstations and 26 IQ1 series outstations. The sites also have a series of small vent controller of which there are 30 Trend IQEco units and 30 trend IQL devices. Additional to this there a number of various interface units including NeOSS devices, and Netbitters that interface the BMS system with air conditioning systems and metering systems. The systems listed above manage and maintain the environment within all University buildings and control and manage various critical system across all campuses that are essential to the operation of the University. The systems and the associated control panels and interfaces are there to provide a comfortable and safe environment for all staff, students and members of the visiting public. It is essential to the operation of the University that these systems are maintained and work with optimum efficiency. This contract is to provide the 24 hour 365 day a year Technical support with onsite engineers time, support from the Manufacturer Trend UK Limited and the provision of software licences as required by the scope of the contract.
