The RFT has 2 Lots: Lot 1- Marketing & Promotion of the objectives of the Kilkenny Cycling in the City initiative in various media Lot 2- Training, education and promotion of local communities and businesses in Kilkenny in the objectives and skills of the Kilkenny Cycling in the City initiative. Interested parties may submit tenders for one or both Lots. All submissions should include VAT and expenses.
