Tender description
The contractor shall carry out the annual planned preventative maintenance, testing and surveying of all steam equipment listed within these tender documents. The maintenance shall include for the annual inspection and testing of all steam equipment listed to comply with current Legislation, HTM’s and Manufacturers recommendations. The maintenance shall cover University Hospital Wales & University Hospital Llandough covering all areas throughout these sites.
