Tender description

This procurement, as part of a larger initiative, as outlined within the selection questionnaire documentation on Bravo, is required to provide tools to support more effective management of metadata within the health and social care system, including improving the efficiency of the collection of secondary use data. Metadata management (MdM) – core component that collates and stores the metadata required to define and identify sources of reusable data. Data governance and collaboration (DG&C) system – used to collaborate upon and govern decisions pertaining to the definition of metadata. Metadata management (MdM) will deal with streamlining and organising all of the metadata. Whilst the data governance and collaboration (DG&C) Tool allows for the whole architecture and systems that allow for that metadata to flow through a structured governance process, allowing for interorganisational collaboration across the health and care sector.
