Wandsworth Borough Council seeks a suitably qualified provider to deliver a supported housing service for clients with mental health needs. The contract will be for a period of 3 years commencing on 1.4.2020 and subject to an optional extension of up to two (2) further years at the absolute discretion of the Council. The maximum value of the contract is 1 330 000 GBP over the proposed contract period (5 years) including the extension period, with a maximum annual value of 266 000 GBP.
