Sefton Council are inviting Expressions of interest for a Provider to support a vulnerable 16-year-old young person whose currently placed in a secure children’s home. He is a risk to himself and unable to consistently regulate his emotions and his behaviour in order to keep himself and others who care for him safe for a sustained period of time. There are no placements that have offered to care for him due to the considerable risks attached to caring for this young man who is both vulnerable and in need of companionship and nurturing as well as support like any other child.
