Purchase of furniture for twelve training hubs

Innovating Communities project is a training programme aimed at harnessing a rural population that is open to new ideas and ways of working. By adopting new techniques, increasing problem solving capability and increasing confidence, the programme aims to develop innovative and creative projects that will meet current challenges whilst building capacity to cope with future opportunities. An outcome of the project will be the development and use of new idea generation processes, tools and the use of creative infrastructures and engagement tools to provide 12 hub spaces as a means of establishing Rural Innovation capacity that can be enhanced throughout the life of the programme. We are now looking to purchase furniture for the twelve hubs which is a combination of tables, chairs, soft seating and coffee tables. We envision the hubs to be a modern, dynamic and practical work space. A guide breakdown of the furniture required is attached. Cost should include assembly and delivery charges. Date of delivery will be early 2020, the specific delivery date to be confirmed. Tender will be scored based on cost, design & innovation and quality & functionality.
