Tender description
The authority currently operates a ‘framework arrangement’ for Road Condition Survey Services with a number of preferred suppliers. These arrangements are drawing to a close and the authority is now seeking to establish new framework arrangements with a number of suitably qualified and experienced suppliers of “Road Condition Survey” services.
