HISCo is seeking the provision of financial modeling services. The services required include, but are not limited to, the following: • Financial Modelling – model build and development for the provision of housing estate infrastructure on commercial terms. Financial Model to support build-up of costings per site, development of a commercial Infrastructure Fee by site/metre/unit and have the ability to run scenario and sensitivity analysis to support provision of related financing
