Provision of Executive, Operational and Administrative support to the Not for Profit Association

Tender description

The Not for Profit Association (NFPA) is the representative association for independent, national, not for profit organisations that are engaged, on a contractual basis, in the provision of health and/or social care services on behalf of the State. Our Association represents the largest independent, national, not for profit organisations that are engaged in the provision of essential social care services on behalf of the State. Our membership comprises some of the State’s largest social care and disability service providers - the Rehab Group, Irish Wheelchair Association, Enable Ireland, CRC, Cheshire Ireland, NCBI and Chime. The board of NFPA is comprised of the Chief Executive Officers of each of the seven member organisations. NFPA has a Vision of Irish Society that supports all people in having equal choices and opportunities in how they live their lives. The service provider will provide executive management and operational support services to the NFPA as well as the required administrative support. An overview of the requirement is contained below. It should be noted that this is not an exhaustive list and is subject to change over the course of the contract due to the dynamic nature of the health and social care environment and the related requirements of the NFPA. The estimated resource requirement for this service is the equivalent of 2 days per week.
