Mobility Assessments for Blue Badge Scheme

Wakefield Council invites detailed tenders for the provision of conducting mobility assessments in line with the Department for Transport Blue Badge Scheme guidelines. Tenderers must be aware that although the Contracting Authority for the purposes of this procurement is the Council of the City of Wakefield ("the Council"), the Council is acting as the Lead Authority to appoint a Service Provider for the provision of the Service in collaboration with Calderdale Metropolitan Borough Council and City of York Council ('The Participating Authorities').
