Tender description

Purchase of 4 x off axis parabolas. A parabola is an ideal curved focussing optic for either collimating an expanding beam or focusing a collimated beam when dealing with very broad bandwidth optical pulses. The TAP beamline project intends to use parabolas as collimators after vacuum spatial filters and also for focusing a compressed pulse to enable that pulse to be diagnosed. 4 parabolas are required for this project. 3 Parabolas are required without coating and 1 parabola is required coated.
