Tender description

The publication of a PIN will be used to inform the market of the University’s intention to procure an all-encompassing image archiving and viewing solution, such as a Vendor Neutral Archiving system, or similar technology, via the OJEU. Diagnostic imaging is an integral part of patient care and research on the Easterbush Campus. We have made large investments and established state-of-the-art imaging facilities for animals, which include digital radiology, a digital equine radiography unit with robotic x-ray unit, 64-slice computed tomography, cone-beam computed tomography, low-field magnetic resonance imaging, 1,5 T and 3 T high-field magnetic resonance imaging, scintigraphy and ultrasound. The new archiving facility should allow for all the varied modalities and medical equipment to integrate in a seamless process, in order to enhance the user’s experience in the provision of service excellence.
