This is a prior information notice (PIN) only: publication and a call for competition will be conducted once the scope of work is fully defined and approved. Impact: the intended impact will be ‘lives saved through a stronger public health system which is able to deliver quality maternal, newborn and child health services. Outcome: the expected outcome is that the targeted population have access to affordable health services which are of sufficient quality of be effective’. We aim to achieve the impact and outcome through work to: — deliver cost effective health and nutrition interventions, — support availability of drugs and equipment, — improve quality of care, — empower communities to engage in health and nutrition, — increase access to family planning services, — strengthen health systems — training and management of human resources, systems for information management, health commodities supply chain.
