Tender description

Network Rail as the authority requires a supplier to provide a cradle-to-grave claims handling service with the ability to handle litigated and non-litigated claims within an integrated delivery model for PL, EL, property owners liability claims, some project liability claims and third-party recovery claims under collective conditional fee arrangement. This will be a single supplier framework. The contract duration shall be 3 years from the effective date, with the option of an additional 2 years decided annually (3 years, then 1+1). Network Rail cannot guarantee any volume of work and reserves the right to approach any other supplier during the contract for the provision of the same or similar work. The supplier must have the capacity to handle significant changes demand. The supplier shall have in place processes to manage claims. The supplier shall have capability to be innovative in its approach to problem solving.
