Ferndale Court - Sheltered Scheme

Tender description

Trivallis are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor to work on the refurbishment of Trivallis’ Ferndale Court, Sheltered Scheme to meet RNIB standards. The works involve the installation of bin and buggy stores in the agreed areas, upgrades to the car park, re-decoration of the communal areas, and installing external lighting. This project will involve the installation of a liquid sealed flowing system. Contractors will be responsible for recommending an appropriate liquid sealing product to be used on the walkway and stairs to meet the requirements of RNIB specification. Please note that this element of the tender submission will need to be agreed and approved with Trivallis prior to installation. Trivallis ultimately reserves the right to accept a recommended flooring specification in whole or in part or not to choose any at all as part of this tender exercise.
