External Training Provider

Tender description

The University of Plymouth is looking at a future opportunity for a One-Stop external training provider, this would enable us to consolidate our requirement to one provider instead of having multiple suppliers. We are looking for expressions of interest from suppliers that can deliver the requirements below. This is under no commitment. Requirement (this is not an exhaustive list) 1:1 Executive Coaching Executive/ Business Leader Consultancy Support Internal Organisational Coaching Development / Supervision Training / Facilitation Bespoke course development Executive Coaching Supervision Leadership development Leadership support / development during transition (promotion) Optimising Leadership capacity & capability Resilience / performance Self-awareness & Self-leadership (Emotional Intelligence) Identification of Core Values Communication Training/Facilitation of courses: Personality & Human Behaviour, Communication, Coaching, Mentoring & Supervision Qualifications (this is not an exhaustive list) Association for Professional Executive Coaching & Supervision (APECS) Accreditation as both Supervisor of Executive Coaches, and as an Executive Coach British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) Accredited Counsellor/Psychotherapist Integrative Counselling Certificates in Coaching, Supervision & Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Transactional Analysis Please provide the following: Day rate Travelling charges Other charges, if applicable
