Tender description

To 3 no. vacant and 1 no. occupied unit industrial units: Replacement of existing built up plasterboard/asbestos-cement roof covering, trims, gutters, downpipes and rooflights with new composite insulated panels, rooflights and valley and eaves gutter systems. Including safe disposal of all asbestos containing materials from site. Replacement of 4 no. existing shopfronts and 1 no. existing roller shutter with 5 no. new full height glazed screens incorporating accessible width doors and solid panels to conceal floor/ceiling zones. Including new structural support for head of frames and new externally mounted roller shutter. Installation of new architectural insulated composite panel surround to shopfronts, single skin cladding to elevations at the eaves and insulated composite panel cladding to elevations at gable ends. Replacement of 3 no. existing roller shutter doors with new insulated roller shutter doors and replacement of 1 no. small roller shutter with new external double leaf aluminium glazed doorset.
