Tender description

Robert Gordon University are seeking notes of interest from experienced contractors to provide a full energy performance contract which minimises the initial capital cost to the University of building a CHP; and which will pay back over a period of time. RGU is seeking to place an energy performance contract for a twelve [12] year period. The works shall include design and build of the energy centre, interface with existing employer installations, and provision of an O&M Service commencing on date of commercial operation and then through the term of the energy performance contract.
