Clare county council invites tenders to this RFT from economic operators for the provision of Economic Viability Consultant (EVC) Services associated with the preparation of a Spatial Masterplan for a specific area (30ha) in Shannon Town to focus and agree an ecomic future and spatial pattern for Shannon. The services the subject of this RFt will inform the Shannon Town Spatial Masterplan which will be provided by a separately appointed Integrated Design Team. The EVC will comprise of the following disciplines/ specialist services: Economic Consultant (Project lead) Property/Retail Consultant
