Dynamic Purchasing System for the Provision of Supported Living Services

Tender description

This is a procurement to set up a DPS for Supported Living Services primarily across the county ofLeicestershire. The Authority has in place already, a Framework for SL provision until 31st March 2021.However, the Authority wishes to set up a DPS in addition, to address identified gaps and capacity withincurrent provision. Supported Living packages will first be offered to existing Providers under the terms of the FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR THE PROVISION OF THE SUPPORTED LIVING SERVICE 2017-2021, before becoming available via the DPS. The DPS will be made available for use by any public sector bodies within the UK including, but not limited to - a) Local Authority Establishments b) Police & Emergency Services c) NHS & HSC Bodies d) Central Government Departments & their agencies e) Registered Charities f) Courts and Justice system Please note, the end date to join the DPS is not 01/12/2019, this is because a date earlier than the DPS start date is required for the purposes of putting this notice up.
