Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council (DMBC) is seeking a suitably experienced Contractor to tender for the design and construction of a Railway Test Track at recently cleared railway land adjacent to A4037 Tipton Road, Dudley, DY1 4AH. The track will continue through a Victorian brickwork tunnel, run alongside the Duncan Edwards Expressway down to the Cinderbank roundabout
