Tender description

The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council is seeking to appoint experienced suppliers to provide a wide range of print services under a framework agreement. The aim of the framework agreement will be to provide the Council with a range of high quality printed material as and when required, including supply, storage and distribution of printed material throughout the Bradford Metropolitan District area. The framework will be divisible into nine (9) lots and contractors maybe appointed to a single lot, a combination of lots, or to all lots. The lots are: — Lot 1: Conventional Print, — Lot 2: Digital Print, — Lot 3: Large Format Print, — Lot 4: Jobbing, — Lot 5: Envelopes, — Lot 6: Security Print, — Lot 7: Promotional Items, — Lot 8: Labels, and — Lot 9: Fulfilment and Mailing Services. Medium to Large volumes, flat sheets up to B1. Forms, newsletters, leaflets and folders with multiple finishes. Low volumes. Reports, agendas, leaflets, posters (below A2), flyers, business cards. A6 Invite printed boards. Booklets folded and stitched. Postcards including variable data. PVC + Mesh banners, roller banners, large posters, window vinyls, display items. NCR sets, mono leaflets, pads. Multi-part forms perforated and numbered. Order books, pads, loose sets. Mono newsletters. Various types — Window, non-window, pocket, wallets, ranging from C6 to C4, DL sizes printed, self-seal and gummed. Cheques, Bacs, Benefit letters/statements, register of electors data bases supplied for output daily and weekly onto pre-printed stationery. Pressure seal base stock. Mail sort and walk sort facility a must. Staff uniforms, event T Shirts, cotton bags. White vinyl self-adhesive products such as domestic bin stickers. Specialist fulfilment and mailing services including bespoke addressing and packaging of mail with multiple inserts to the Council’s Theatres customers.
