Thanet District Council is seeking to procure a commercial cleaning contractor to carry out cleaning and other duties in the Royal Harbour and Port. Full details of both internal building cleaning and outside area cleaning are contained within the invitation to tender. The contract is anticipated to commence 1.1.2020 for a duration of 4 years, with the option to extend for 1 year. Evaluation will be on the basis of criteria and methodology as set out in the invitation to tender documentation. Any clarifications or questions must be submitted via the message area of the Kent Business Portal by no later than 14.00 on 22.11.2019. Completed quotation documents must be submitted electronically via the Kent Business Portal by no later than 14.00 on 29.11.2019.
